-
Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
-
Your vehicle’s current mileage
-
Your vehicle’s make and model
⏳ When Can You Cancel?
-
Within 60 days of purchase:
-
You’ll receive a full refund if no claims have been made.
-
-
After 60 days or after a claim has been made:
-
You’ll receive a pro-rated refund, minus:
-
Any paid or pending claims
-
A $50.00 cancellation fee
-
-
🔢 How the Refund is Calculated
Your refund is calculated based on usage of the contract, using whichever of the following two calculations results in a higher deduction:
📍 Mileage-Based
-
(Miles driven since contract purchase) ÷ (Maximum miles allowed – Odometer reading at purchase)
📅 Time-Based
-
(Months since contract purchase) ÷ (Total covered months – Months in service before contract)
📘 The result is applied to the purchase price of your Agreement to determine the refund amount, minus any paid/pending claims and the $50 fee.
🚗 Repossession or Total Loss
If your vehicle is:
-
Repossessed, or
-
Declared a total loss
➡️ A refund will be issued using the same calculation as a regular cancellation.
🏦 All refunds will be sent to the lienholder, if one exists. If there is no lienholder, the refund will be issued directly to you.
🔒 No Cancellation by New Owners
If this Agreement is transferred to a new owner, that individual cannot cancel the Agreement under any circumstances.
💵 Cancellation Fee
A $50.00 fee applies to all cancellations unless canceled within 60 days with no claims.
📌 Important: State-specific rules may affect your cancellation rights. Please refer to your State Provisions for details.
