You may cancel your Extended Service Agreement by submitting a written request to the Selling Dealer that includes your Agreement number, VIN, current mileage, and vehicle make and model. If you cancel within 60 days of purchase and no claims have been made, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 60 days or after a claim has been made, your refund will be prorated based on either time used or mileage driven, whichever results in the higher deduction, and will be reduced by any paid or pending claims plus a $50 cancellation fee. The same refund calculation applies if the vehicle is repossessed or declared a total loss. Any refund will be paid to the lienholder if one exists; otherwise, it will be paid directly to you. If the Agreement is transferred to a new owner, the new owner cannot cancel it. State-specific rules may affect your cancellation rights, so refer to your State Provisions for details.
