All Autrella service contracts are cancellable for a full refund, less any claims paid, within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, a cancellation fee would be applied and your refund would be pro-rated for time. All paid claims would also be deducted from any refund due. To cancel your Autrella plan, contact your selling dealer. If your selling dealer is no longer in business, contact our team at cancellations@autrella.com or call +1 (833) 428-8735. Provide your contract number and reason for cancellation, and our team will guide you through the process.
