To file a claim, the contract holder or the repair facility can visit our online portal at: www.autrella.com/start-a-claim/. Claims can also be submitted via email at claims@autrella.com. The contract holder or the repair facility would need to provide the contract or VIN number, repair estimate, current mileage, and a description of the issue. The claim must be submitted to initiate the repair authorization process before work is performed to ensure coverage.
