We make the claims process as frictionless as possible and give multiple ways to file a claim, whether you’re a shop or a covered individual.
Starting the claim
To start a claim, you can visit https://autrella.com/start-a-claim. You will be able to select whether you are a shop, or an individual policyholder.
For Shops
If you are a shop starting the claim, you will need to provide the VIN number, the policyholder name, your shop information, the current odometer, any failed components, the repair order, and the repair cost estimate.
For Policyholders
If you are a policyholder of an Autrella or DiscountESP contract, you will need to provide your information, your vehicle’s information, whether or not your vehicle has been or is currently at a repair shop, the repair shop information, the repair order, and the repair cost estimate.
Getting Updates on Claims
To get an update on your claim, you can use the chat assistant on our website or email claims@autrella.com to speak to an Autrella representative.
