Requesting a Claim Payment

To request a claim payment from Autrella, visit the claim payment request page on Autrella’s website. You will need to provide your claim number to begin the request. If you need help finding your claim number, you can email the claims department at claims@autrella.com or use live chat to speak with a representative. Once your claim number is verified, you will be asked to provide the final repair order or invoice along with the final repair cost. After your request is submitted, an Autrella representative will contact you if any additional information or clarification is needed.
