Transferring Your Motorcycle Coverage

If you sell your vehicle, your Extended Service Agreement does not automatically transfer to the new owner. Here’s what you need to know:

📌 What Happens When You Sell the Vehicle?

• This Agreement terminates upon sale unless:

  • You cancel it (see cancellation terms), or

  • You apply for a transfer to the new owner within 15 days of sale

✅ How to Transfer Your Service Agreement

To complete a transfer, submit the following in writing to the Selling Dealer within 15 days of the ownership change:

1. A $50 transfer fee

2. The Extended Service Agreement number

3. Your vehicle’s:

   • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

   • Mileage

   • Make and model

   • Original Date of Sale

4. Your name and address

5. The new owner’s name and address

6. A copy of the maintenance records to provide to the new owner

📁 Note: Maintenance records must be shared with the new owner to preserve eligibility for the manufacturer’s warranty.

⚠️ Restrictions on Transfer

• This Agreement can only be transferred with the vehicle

• It cannot be:

  • Assigned to a new or used dealership

  • Transferred to anyone other than the individual buyer

• Once transferred, it cannot be transferred again (i.e., no second transfers)
